Refund & Cancellation Policy – We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as fair and transparent as possible. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for all our birdwatching tours.

Cancellations by the Customer
More than 30 days before tour date – Full refund of all payments made, minus any non-refundable third-party booking fees (e.g., permits, accommodation deposits). 15–30 days before tour date – 50% refund of total tour cost. 8–14 days before tour date – 25% refund of total tour cost. 7 days or less before tour date – No refund available.

Cancellations by the Operator
If we must cancel a tour due to unsafe weather, insufficient bookings, guide illness, or other unforeseen circumstances:
You will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another tour date at no extra cost. We are not responsible for any additional costs you incur (e.g., flights, accommodation).

Weather & Wildlife Sightings
Tours run in most weather conditions, but we may adjust routes or timing for safety. While our guides will do their utmost to help you see target bird species, wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed. Refunds will not be issued for non-sightings.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows
Please arrive on time at the designated meeting point. No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for refunds.

Tour Modifications
If you need to change your booking date, we will try to accommodate your request subject to availability. Changes requested less than 7 days before the tour may be treated as a cancellation.

How to Request a Refund
All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing to Royalnorthlogistics &@gmail.com
. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
